The pick we used to draft Maxey, which we had already owned once before - was traded to us in the exchange for Markelle Fultz. It was heavily protected, but then Mike Muscala saved the Sixer’s franchise.
So without Fultz, there is no pick, there is no Maxey.
But well, it could’ve. If Colangelo never traded the pick away the first time we owned it.
