The team is …rough.

They have not drafted well and have also traded away lots of picks for 3rd rate qbs and patchwork players with little character or allegiance to the team.

The scouting is failing at the nfl level (trades and free agency) and college.

How can we improve scouting?

Anyone with deep knowledge how scouts are assigned and if every team is doing the same thing is appreciated. How many scouts do most teams employ?

Tepper: The only way out of this is premier scouting to maximize our picks. There is no salary cap on personnel we need world class scouts.

Fit and Reich need to go. Now. This exact moment. Not a second more.

We need to start getting hits in the later rounds. I know that’s easy to say while my ass is planted on my couch, but it’s the truth.

Have the owner and coaches quit meddling and get a real GM who does that job

Probably the best way to improve drafting is, telling Tepper to take a Vacation during the process. He can come back after the draft.

Firing Scott Fitterer would certainly be a step in the right direction

Okay let’s say we keep Fitterer for some reason after he made what could end up being the worst trade in NFL history.

One thing we need to do is keep our draft picks or try to acquire more picks instead of throwing away mid-late round picks to try and grab a certain player. there’s supposed to be a draft board for a reason – and as this season is showing if you don’t draft enough bodies you run out of bodies.

Outside of Fitt whether you love or hate the guy….

We need skill players. We’re either going ti have to eat Miles Sanders contract or hope he produces. Letting go of Foreman was a mistake. Our next skill position player needs to be a solid RB. The only receiver Bryce Young has to throw to is Thielen. Our offense solely rests on a Rookie QB. I’m willing to say it’s going to be a rough couple years until he develops. He’s not bad when given time to throw. But Young gets pressured a lot. Hopefully the rest of the season gets better. Also, I’ve been saying this but we need secondary pieces too. The only solid piece we got is D Line and that’s really it. I really like our D Line. But we’re short linebackers.
