It makes no sense. They should be a perfect fit since Kawhi and PG cover up James Harden’s weak defensive effort, and should have more energy to do so since James Harden has such insane offensive value.

So why are the Clippers playing Harden as a 6 FGA guy while Westbrook takes 11, PG takes 12, and Kawhi takes 15?

James Harden is shooting at 75% TS with the Clippers across 3 games. They need to actually use him for what he’s good at.

It feels like either the team, Harden, or both are in this weird limbo where they’re afraid to just let him play ball.
