Hi small business owners. My family owns an appliance repair business for 10th year now. We fix all major appliances. We service HCOL affluent area in Southern California. When we started out we were heavy into Craigslist advertising as well as Yelp. Since years in business we went through thumbtack, Nextdoor, Facebook, google, others… so far only valuable to us remains Yelp. However lately we noticed leads from Yelp getting less and less quality. By that I mean that lots of people want to know what their issues are and do the repairs themselves, paying only services fees… what do business owners in similar trade use as advertisement channels?
Thank you!
When you advertised on the other platforms, did you do so yourself or did you work with an agency/professional? That can make a big difference on some of these platforms.
