Pc bluescreens sometimes while gaming, then won't boot into windows until I unplug the ssd completely and replug it back in.

Used to have this problem but then I started using a new sata cable and new sata port and it stopped. Now it’s happening again. What are the possible causes of this? I have a suspicion the os has been corrupted from all of the BSOD and abuse, so would a factory reset help?

Os: windows 10

Samsung Evo Ssd 870

i3 9100F

Amd 5700xt

Audio interface: 2i4 Scarlett
