Hello everyone. This morning I loaded up my PC and out of the blue I could no longer access the internet. I’m getting an “Unidentified network” No internet access. In the bottom right network icon on my task bar. When I diagnose I get “Ethernet” doesn’t have valid IP configuration. The unusual thing however is my home’s WiFi still works on all devices AND other ethernet PC’s in the home are connected just fine. This all happened out of nowhere. No new software installed. I’ve scoured reddit and the net and tried just about every solution from ipconfig /release /renew. Resetting TCPIP uninstalling reinstalling Realtek PCIe network adapter. Enabling disabling IPv6. I even went as far as going into another version of Windows I have on this drive and same thing. I replaced my CAT6 cable, no success. It’s just strange it is only my PC so I don’t believe it’s the router when everyone else PC are working fine. My only possible thoughts could be the motherboard at fault? or the CAT6 outlet? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
