Does it look like normal, or does it look like the semi-transparent black with orange accents and all like in the one in the video?
I’m thinking about buying the new deck so I can gift my current deck to my brother.
The 512GB and regular 1TB look pretty much exactly the same as the original except for the orange power button and the larger screen (and the screws have changed to Torx screws). The translucent one you’re talking about is the Limited Edition of the 1TB which is an experiment in offering different colour options and is only available in the US and Canada, and in very limited quantities. I believe they said they maymay offer more colour options in future but nothing confirmed on that front so I expect it will be a while.

Thumbsticks are also different (shape, texture, and color). And there are a few internal differences as well. Shoulder buttons have been changed slightly so their press feels more even when used from different angles.
True, I was just talking about externally visible changes - the thumb sticks are a good shout though.
