Anyone else having nightmares from last year still and seeing flashbacks last night? Poeltl getting blown by on the defensive end, looking lost out there on the offense. Spicy P isolation ball… Precious shooting airballs… it was a hard watch as a Raps fan. We get glimpses of last years tendencies here and there and it makes me worried we’re going to see a repeat of last season.
In the same breath we’ll get a Raptors team in the next game that looks unified, rejuvenated and showing swag out there. Consistency is key, and I know I can’t be the only one hoping they can solidify their identity sooner rather than later as that seemed to be part of the issue last year also. Thoughts? Is it just an adjustment period still or we seeing bad habits starting to form?
If only this front office would stop doubling down on this roster and blow it the hell up.
