I was pressing some buttons, likely a combination of control/shift on the left hand and somewhere around the question mark key on the right hand and I accidentally opened something I’ve never opened before on Windows (possibly new feature on Windows 11). It showed a miniature size version of my current screen zoomed out into a corner against a white background with blue coloured labels covering the functions of buttons or something from the keyboard.

It takes you out of it just by pressing any other button.
