I’m trying to do this job as cheaply as possible without needing to crack the thing open again in a few thousand miles. That means I’m buying quality parts. It also means I want to replace everything that is gonna need to be redone soon afterwards. I know kits come with all the pulleys and water pump, but is there anything I can possibly skip? It’s a 2006 Subaru Legacy GT with 211k miles, and the timing belt was done last at 114k. I don’t know if the pulleys or water pump were done at the same time. I’m leaning towards just doing everything which sucks for my wallet but better for peace of mind
