How reliable is a Porsche Macan GTS?

Hi folks

im looking forward to buy a Macan GTS 2018 (pre facelift) or 2019/2020 (facelift) here in Europe. Is the GTS more or less reliable than the S version? Also which version should i go for 2018 or 2019/2020.
