Hey Everyone,

Im in a super old building with plaster walls that just destroy my wifi. Good news is I have an ethernet drop to every room. Whats the best way to go about getting decent wifi coverage that seamlessly transfers base stations as you move around? Playing with routers I have already figured out that 3 access points is plenty to cover everywhere but I’m having trouble figuring out what tech/kind of routers I need to do essentially a “mesh” but with hardline in everywhere.

Hmm I’m curious about this myself now. I have MoCHA pushing fiber to every room via the coax. Didn’t think to pick up a few access points for a mesh network off it. Smart, curious what will allow it as you described.
