l run a TikTok/Marketing agency solo and could use some wisdom. Anyone been in the same boat? Struggling to find clients, manage expectations, and juggle all the business/executive tasks while staying on top of client work.

I’m coming from a background as an Account Manager at Tableau, Salesforce & am ExTikTok so I’ve got good grasp of operationally whats needed however am a bit overwhelmed working independently?
