    Technically it is NVME, since it has the eMMC controller onboard and connects to the APU through PCI-E.

    I think because of the misconception. When the SD was first being released everyone seen Emmc and their first thought was “can’t be upgraded”

    I believe they changed it so no one would get confused

    It’s pretty easy to sell out all emmc models. Now they only stick to nvme 😁
