Anyone else embarrassed by how some people are acting after today’s loss? People questioning everything when really it was just a tipped pass INT that changed the game?
In all the threads I read today did anyone mention any of the positives from this game? The fast start? Putting 30 on one of the best defenses in the entire league? Special teams doing well, Lamar making plays like always? Battling injuries and fighting a tough front seven offensively?
But because of a single play, people are already giving up hope and thinking we are lucky to be one and done etc come late January?
There is not another team in the league like the Browns and we split with them for the year, against a 5th round rookie qb and DeShaun who got some old Texan shine in the second half.
2nd biggest lead blown ever for Harbaugh, but like most Ravens losses when we are somewhat healthy lately, it was flukey. I’m not worried, our defense is fine and it’s easy to hindsight the play calling. It took a perfect half for them to gas out the defense and come back, and we still could have won after one bad luck back breaker.
The problem I have with this is it stops being flukey after it happens a dozen times. Team is way too consistent at being unable to pull out of nose dives, especially when up 2 scores. Goes all the way back to 2014
I mean we lost to a good team, with some great players and great coaching and coordinators.
I am not upset. Disappointed yes, but not upset.
It’s not a fluke when you do it 7 times in two years.
In all 7 losses in the last two years with Lamar at QB, the ravens had at least a 75 percent chance to win in the 4th. In 5 they had a 90 percent chance. They lost all 7.
