The win was great today, but what are we going to do about this awful Defense :(
The win today was great but Jesus Christ this defense.
It’s really hard to feel good about today when we consistently get ripped apart on defense. It almost feels as if there is no half time strategy and adjustments defensively. We looked great against the Raiders, cause they suck. But the better offenses we have played outside of the Chiefs have raped us: Seahawks, Chargers, Ravens…
If we don’t make some serious adjustments we are going to really struggle in the playoffs against Cowboys/49ers/Seahawks/Eagles.
Really don’t get why we didn’t make any moves defensively before the deadline. I’m excited as any Lions fan, but God damn what is the answer here for our defense???
Juggernaut teams like Philly and Dallas are gonna torch us for those weak coverages. Our defense looked like easy work many times. I really pray we clean this up. And we need to figure out how to stop mobile QBs lol.
I think a loss or two is expected, but I just hope they’re aren’t blowout wins like bmore. Hopefully we can continue playing with the same fire today and sweep this schedule tho 🙏🏾
