1. Borderline Diva Lamb. Lamb looked like he was about to snap after that 49ers game and I don’t blame him. The story was the same every single time that the lights were bright: Dallas would get cute and forget all about their playmakers for some reason. It pays off to target your top weapon. Lamb has now since broken a record for consecutive 150+ yards games and is on pace to break Michael Irvin’s franchise single season receiving yards record. Lamb is now 974 yards in 9 games eclipsing his 2020 total receiving yards of 935. He needs 127 more yards to pass his 2021 total. He needs 385 yards to eclipse his career total set in 2022 of 1359 yards

  2. Media interrogation about Brandin Cooks. We all know who Cooks is. He’s not too far removed from a previous 1k yards season. I’m not asking for another 1k from him, but he’s clearly better than what we saw from him before tonight

  3. Dak using his legs. Dak is who he is. A QB who isn’t a pure pocket passer, and relies on some mobility in his game. As long as he’s able, he needs to do his part to extend plays

  4. Presnap motion. I don’t know why this wasn’t more obvious to our coaches. On one hand, I should just be happy and shut the hell up because McCarthy is willing to change and the point is moot now. On the other hand, I hate it that it took this long… McCarthy claimed to study in his year off. He’s been a head coach of Dallas for 4 seasons now. He should know full well that presnap motion and motion at the snap is being used by the most successful teams AT LEAST at the average rate.

  5. More practical use of our passing game. Our passing had been substituting for our failed run game 49ers game and before. Except we didn’t know how to turn it on and push the ball downfield when we needed it. Not to mention wasting downs on actual runs too. It doesn’t matter how much anybody says they want Dallas to be an in your face, run it down their throats, team. This team has shown that it runs through dak and this team has a real shot if it puts the ball in his hands in good faith and not just after a failed two down run sequence. Maybe we will figure out the run game. But we are not a team that runs to set up the pass. Our runs start going when dak is shredding up the defense

I may be wrong but I think the new offensive line coach has a new blocking scheme and that could be affecting the running game. Whatever the reason, Rico Dowdle needs to get more touches because he seems to run with purpose. Whatever it takes, just do it.
