I was thinking about Duncan today and I realized he’s entering his 6th season as a member of the Miami Heat. He’s slowly entering a Heat lifer status.

His past two seasons have been very rough but he played very well in last playoffs and this year he’s been playing great. I really think emergence of Max Strus who had a very similar role with Duncan affected his confidence.

But I’m so proud of Duncan, especially for developing his game beyond his 3pt shooting. It’s been very clear to me that he’s added more weapons to his offensive game, and it’s helping him. I’m glad this man has overcome his slump and is seemingly back to himself again.
