It’s not that City didn’t believe. They’re just a more polished and stacked team that’s actually winning trophies, they don’t have the luxury of rolling out their young players every week.

This is exactly why Man city win the title every year, their rejects become stars in other clubs

He looks like a good player, but all of his goals have been penalties. No way would he get in City’s team. Still great business by them

One thing about City’s technical team, they can spot a player, they knew that Palmer is one for the future, hence they wanted him to stay but he made a good decision by letting go at this early age and good for Pep for not standing in his way, everyone is happy imo, especially Palmer who is enjoying himself so far. Let’s enjoy him and don’t start an agenda against him to fail just to prove a point, he has Pep’s blessings, and that’s all matters.

What is this thing that Palmer was a City reject and they didn’t want him? He wanted to leave, and unless it’s Bernardo Silva, City let people who want to leave go.
