Laptop stuck on restart

Hello,

I have recently purchased an ASUS ROG Strix G18 and it… doesnt like to restart?

If its powered down it will boot up into windows 11 with no problems.

If I try to do a restart (using the regular Windows 11 power menu) it will go to the screen with the spinning circles that says “Restarting”. The animation will keep going but it wont restart. I have to press the power button to force shut down and then power it up again.

Using sleep mode has no issues, regular booting has no issues.
