Seeking Advice on Expanding my Network

I’m in the ideation stage of my new SaaS venture and looking to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs. Any practical tips on expanding my network in the startup community? LinkedIn is good, but I feel there’s always a communication barrier and slow response-time on that platform.
