1. Being up close you really see how skilled these dudes are and the game is majority mental. Drummond literally hit 7 straight 3’s during halftime. Like step backs and all. Lol these guys really are the 1% when it comes to this profession, bench warmer and all.

2. Either Zach really enjoys driving to the bucket more than shooting 3’s or he has no idea what an open 3 is. When you’re up close you can see how much space he has sometimes and instead of letting it fly, he just pump fakes into nothing. A shooter of his caliber should let it go with just the smallest of openings.

3. Pat has ZERO confidence. There were times where he was open on the wing and DeMar was bringing the ball up and he legit just ran to the other side so DeMar could have open space to iso. A player that wants it and has confidence in their abilities would have clapped for the ball instantly. He’s playing to not mess up out there. The pressure has broken him. On the bench you can tell he’s unhappy and just overthinking. The only way he succeeds is a change of scenery or whole new roster overhaul that forces him into a different mindset.

4. Ayo is ready to take off. His energy is different this season. No fear at all. You can just see it. The total opposite of Pat. He doesn’t care if he messes up, he’s going to keep at it. If that shot stays consistent, watch out, you might just have a competent Zach replacement.

5. Coby White is a winning player. After Caruso, I can honestly say he’s the one player on the Bulls that I can see playing a vital part on a championship. Maybe not as a starting point guard but as a integral bench piece. Him and Caruso are the leaders of this team. They never stop communicating and talking. There was one moment right before halftime where Zach and DeMar were talking about something and Coby just grabbed both of them and basically took the reigns on the convo. Got a delay of warning and all lol but fr the game has totally slowed down for him and he has finally figured out how to do the small things that affect winning. Pretty proud of him!
