I think Hecarim Q should be changed so that it works with ‘Spin To Win’. I honestly dont know for which abilites this augment works but i imagine Garen E, Darius Q and Samira R work. I think Hecarim Q and Lilia Q should also work with it. Yes they dont spin themselves but their weapon and i think that should be enough. Otherwise the Augment is too niche.
