My main monitor is an Acer XF250Q, and I’m trying to pair it with an XP Pen Artist 12 Pro display tablet. No matter what settings I change in the Windows display settings and the Nvidia Control Panel I’m unable to duplicate my main display onto the tablet. I can extend the display, but I can’t duplicate it. Windows gives me an error saying ‘The display settings could not be saved. Please try a different combination of display settings.’
Both displays are plugged into an Nvidia RTX 2060, with the Acer being plugged into a displayport input, and the tablet is plugged into an HDMI input, but the HDMI reads as a DVI input for some reason in the Nvidia control panel. I’ve matched refresh rate, resolution, scaling, and v-sync settings between the two displays, both in the Windows display settings and the control panel, and I still can’t get it to work. Updating the drivers for both the GPU and the tablet didn’t solve anything either. I’ve gotten it to work correctly in the past, but it stopped working at some point, and I don’t know why.
Any help would be appreciated, as I’m pretty much out of ideas.
For reference, my system specs are:
- OS: Windows 10 Home x64
- GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060
- Display 1: Acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx 24.5"
- Display 2: XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro
