It’s not fair people are talking about drafting another QB instead of building around him with competent coaching.

Not fair? It has been MORE than fair for a QB with a 6-20 record. he got 3 seasons to show that he was a competent QB. He is not.
Fields has an opportunity to put all this to rest. I’m optimistic he will but he still has to do it.
