I’m so glad he’s not our problem any more.

I think dude’s ready to be done with the NBA. I think he’s ready to retire. What else is left for him? I don’t think chasing numbers has ever been a thing for him. He just doesn’t care enough about it. He’s already well paid and set for life if he’s smart with money. He’s won a ring… I think he’s ready for his contact to be up and just be done.

He won’t be done, he’ll just turn into a journeyman making millions of dollars to come off the bench. He might even sneak onto another championship squad. He’s got no drive or passion, like you said he’s already done everything. Rookie of the year, got a max contract, win a chip. All with medium effort. Lol. Still has all the potential in the world but heart ain’t in it. Still, it would be legit dumb as fuck to walk away from such easy money.

It’s certainly possible he just tags along for more money, but I just don’t see it. He’s never been the type to put his business out there. He doesn’t really talk about basketball or how much eat, breathes or sleep about it. He’s definitely a private person.

I think he’s just ready to be done with it and just go be a family man. If I’m not mistaken, he started off okay last season and then that mysterious absent for like months and he just never been the same. It’s almost a decade for him in the NBA. I would be surprised if he still wants to play after the season.

It’s not just Wiggins but the warriors core have aged quickly. They need help but they have a bunch of horrid contracts. Thompson, Green, Wiggins and Paul combined scored 33 points last night and are paid $120m… $30.8 million for Paul next year… jeez…

The man landed where he needed to, a great team where he was hyper motivated.

Now … we get non motivated Wiggins, he will still put up some numbers on someone … but not consistently.
