Stacked some discounts and got the base ’21 Bolt, 3/36 lease, for $4.7K up front.

With $2K CA rebate and $1.4K GM anti-class action rebate, total cost nets to $1.3K, or $36/mo. Cheaper than a Fiat 500e or a wireless plan.

For that price we got a go-kart with free solar charging from our roof, and carpool lane privileges.

We didn’t bother trading in, and GM pushed us off on the battery swap. Got the 80% charge cap software update, for which the $1.4K is compensation.

    My sister did better. $7k One-Pay. Did a lease swap into a 2023 Premier and got a $9k check back.

    I did slightly worse. $7k One-Pay. Lease swapped into an EUV with S&S and got $4700 back.

    Frankly, I didn’t think GM would pay the $9k, otherwise I would have done that.
