I have an Inspiron 5577 (unmodified) that recently has been crashing randomly, this includes running small things like the Fortnite lobby, Roblox, Minecraft, and basic browsers, all while the shell is cool to the touch. this also happens with larger games so I don’t suspect it’s cpu shortages. Does anyone know what’s happening or why it’s crashing?
