This was due community outrage in response to the region’s poor humanitarian and poor track record of acceptance of LGBT+ members (which are still blatant problems across several Middle Eastern countries).

Now, I’ve seen streamers, such as /u/MacieJay, sponsor the eSports World Cup in Saudi Arabia in their recent content. I’m disappointed that content creators are taking money from a brutal, authoritarian regime to sponsor Siege content.
