If the nuggets are able to have the first seed by all star break, would AG or MPJ be all stars? Obviously, Murray might return in time for consideration, but we don’t know exactly when and how he’ll play. Also, back to back 1st seeds with just 1 all star would be disrespectful to the organization as a whole. Maybe, both can make it, but I’m assuming just 1 since the west is just so loaded.

If we’ve got the 1 seed by the All Star break one of those dudes will have been putting up solid offensive numbers with Murray out. I’d lean Mike.

But also… Jokic never playing with an All Star his entire career would just be so fucking hilarious. It would suck for dudes and their contracts, but it’d just be so hilarious for the rest of the league’s fans to try to come with with reasons for Jokic to not be the GOAT and they’d never be able to say his supporting cast was just too good.

AG could aim for All Defensive team but idk about All Star, he got a ton of attention in the postseason but has had a slower start this season.

I think if Malone gives MPJ the reins to run the bench line up and he’s successful in keeping it steady in the non-Jokic minutes (that doesn’t mean gaining a lead, but just not getting blown out), in addition to averaging 20+ ppg and around 10 rebounds, he could gain enough attention to be an All Star
