    He’s not, just the public face of the charity.

    In the video he didn’t know that it wasn’t happening until last year

    Here’s the crux of the problem and why it’s got so many people up in arms. Even if he knew nothing about what was happening until last year, as the public face and main force behind the donation drives like Indie Land he had a basic duty to throw a pause on everything and get to the bottom of the issue immediately.

    As the face bringing in the money, the minute he learned it wasn’t going where he was telling his audience it was going, he had an ethical, moral, and perhaps even legal duty to put a stop on any future charity streams until everything was functioning the way he said it was functioning.

    We have at least one charitable stream after he knew everything was not working as he was saying it was working where he asked his audience for money for this cause which he knew was not going to what he said it was.
