For those who are still defending Carr is just too comfortable with mediocracy. Replay the 10 games this season and the pattern is clear, DC has issue throwing in tight window. This is partially proved by the redzone struggle since redzone is always tight. Most QB can throw to entirely open wide receivers and that is not why we spend 35M here. He also plays scared all the time, checkdown before allowing progression to happen even when O-line did their job.
