So the Broncos just ran out their FG unit and impressively hit a FG with the clock running down to half time. But I was under the impression that the rule is that when the offense substitutes, the defense is also afforded the opportunity to substitute, which would have allowed the Bills to take their sweet ass time and run the clock down to half time before the Broncos could get the kick off. So is that not the rule?
