Not sure if looking at domestic passports is the way to go (because of non-EU spots the rules in Spain are very relaxed), I went on fbref.com and got 62.25% for Spain
La liga probably since no one wants to go there unless its Barca or Real, it lacks overall attractive teams. Italy is more attractive country and league for foreigners.
