My car battery died recently because I left a light on overnight while it was below 30 degrees outside. I tried jumping the car, but after 5 minutes it still wasn’t turning on. The brake is stiff and can’t be pressed down. After spending 20 minutes trying to jump it I gave up. It has been over a week since my attempts to jump it and it has been pretty cold all of this week. Can it still be jumped? The battery is only 2 years old, but I fear since letting it sit for a week in the cold it might have drained too much. Also is there anything I can do about the stiff brake?
