If you had to choose between these two, would you rather have a separate case and separate screen protector, or a case that has a tempered glass screen protector film.

Many people are against screen protectors and cases on an ultra. It’s often compared to having a case for the Nokia phone, lol.

Personally, I’ve tried the Spigen case that has a built in screen protector which sucks because the sweat got trapped inside.

However, I currently have the Spigen Case as well as their screen protector, installed separately. Is it needed, no. Does it provide you with a peace of mind against scratches on your lovely watch/screen? Yes. It will help protect resale value. Plus, the case makes it much harder to accidently trigger the action button which was always a pet peeve of mine.

I dont have an ultra, but I am adamant about taking care of my things/protecting them so they stay in new condition. Alot of people in this thread seem to be against cases, covers, etc but I think you should invest in it! It provides protection, personality, and peace of mind. I currently have an SE Gen 2 with a dual rubber case screen cover. I don’t wear it daily, but If i ever start to use it more often the first thing I will be doing is switching to a hard plastic case and an individual protector. I do like my current protector because it covers the entire watch & is clear, but I find screen to be less sensitive with it and water tends to get trapped in between the case and watch.
