So, I have an old(ish) laptop and I need to factory reset it. After saving what i needed to back up I went to Recovery-Reset this PC and clicked Remove everything. After about 10 mins of thinking it says unable to reset or something similar. I also tried Advanced startup and had the same issue. Any help would he appreciated.

ps. i am about 99.9% sure there are multiple viruses in this laptop, which is why i am trying to format it.
