Was told I’m going too slow. Boss said he doesn’t see why things take me so long

I’ve been working 2 months now. Currently every vehicle I see is new it’s almost never the same car or problem. Im going into every job blind. no all data or shop key since they told me it’s a waste to look at most of the time.

None of the equipment in the shop I’m in is the same as the new high tech school equipment I learned on. So getting used to the manual tire removal is taking time. The alignment rack feels like a death trap . Leaks hydro fluid etc.
