I just upgraded from the iPhone 11 to iPhone 15 Plus. All my files, apps, settings and passwords transferred perfectly.

The only issue is that I can no longer use my phone as a hotspot to connect my laptop (pc). Personal Hotspot is turned on in Settings. My iPhone appears on the list of available networks. But when I click on it, after a few seconds, it says “Can’t connect to this network”. Any ideas?
