The Bateman usage in this offense is nothing short of bizzare, especially when you consider how talented the guy is. Only 29 targets in 10 games??? That’s the same amount of targets as Taysom hill and less than rbs like tony pollard, saqoun barkley, tyjae spears, jerome ford and a few others.
If this offense is to take the next step, they have to figure out a way to use this guy better.
I mean, let’s not act like Rashod has spent the least 3 years lighting up defenses. Outside of a few games this year he’s pretty much been non existent. Whereas Flowers is a monster and Andrews has earned his targets with his future HoF level pay. Even Agholor is playing better than Rashod right now most games. And with OBJ being OBJ, Rashod is our WR5 most plays and at best WR4.
His targets are right where they should be until he improves and is more consistent.
