Bills fans collectively laughed when we hired him because of what a disaster Carolina’s offense was under him. Admittedly the Panthers sucked those years, but I don’t think Brady is going to move the needle in a positive direction. If we were going to relieve Dorsey I think the best options would be Mike Shula, who is a very experienced coach or Aaron Kromer, who frankly deserves credit for coaching the most competent unit on the offense.

McD won‘t even move Dorsey to the sideline. He isn’t even trying. I‘d be shocked to see us make a move and I think the only ones who can do that are the owners.
