My buddy gave me a Dell Precision 5810. It had ram and an SSD, and I added an extra SSD, an HDD, and a GTX 1080 (So all just extra stuff we had). I’m trying to put a new Windows image but I keep getting stuck at this screen, where it just spools forever. I tried it first with the Windows Setup Tool, and then again with Rufus, after some advice I got here. I also tried it with different USB drives.

I’ve tried doing some trouble shooting, but I’m seeing a slightly different screen from what I’m seeing in videos and stuff. Here is what I’m getting. I’m not sure why the USB drive is showing up twice. I’ve tried both of them and they both just get stuck at that Windows logo. When I use the Boot Manager, it shows the Dell logo instead of the Windows logo, and instead of just sitting there with the loading wheel spinning, the screen goes black for a second like it’s doing something, and then the same screen pops up again.

Any ideas what the issue is and how to get around it?
