Put your SD card into a computer, back up your photos onto either the hard-drive or a USB, and then delete the photos off of the SD card. Then you’ll have loads more room to take more photos, and it should also run smoother. You can also delete the photos off of the ds storage itself via the camera app. Hope this helps 👍
