(Obligatory “you guys are trading?” comments)

For bigger leagues (10+ team or 2 DST slots), how are folks valuing Defenses when considering trades? Especially for consistent elite Defenses like the Cowboys or Browns, are people using them as add-ons for larger trades or are people finding success targeting them? I haven’t seen Defenses usually covered in trade value charts etc.
