The fact that it can’t do that could mean that their OTA update process wasn’t ready for deployment. It was probably an incident waiting to happen. Good thing it only affected the infotainment, which also includes the full dashboard. Does the app still work? Can you see/adjust the charge through that? Not knowing the charge level could be stressful.
