2009 Honda Accord B14 and Oil Change signal came up - Called the Dealership and gave me an estimate. Are these prices correct?

The Honda dealership near me stated that the oil change is $90 bucks but then because it is from the “B” signal, it would be around $115.

He said with the oil change, tire rotation, fluid checks, spark/valve replacement, the total with labor would be around $1000. Is this reasonable?

I believe he stated that the spark/valve replacement itself it was around $650-700

Do these numbers seem correct?
