Hi I bought an open box from Micro center, and everything was fine until I tried to load some websites, some websites have problems like NordVPN, amazon, intel website so i can download the drivers etc.

For NordVpn it lets me log in but then when it tries to put me in “my dashboard” page it just never loads and when it does, it just shows a white screen.

for amazon, sometimes it loads sometimes i have to stop loading and reload it for some products to fully load in which is weird to me

for intel website i couldn’t even load up all the products so i can find the drivers for my intel cpu

then when i tried to download iCUE software for my headset it couldn’t even install and stayed stuck at 55% then when i reset the pc it was stuck at 0% 😭

what i have done so far: reset pc keeping files, reset pc keeping no files, tried somethin wit DNS idk what, then what finally kinda worked was resetting the pc to a different windows 11 update

please help 😭 cause micro center is soooo far and the pc was 1400 i just want it to workkk
