He’d be a bad fit and that contract is absolutely asinine. Not a willing defender and needs the ball in his hands way more than you would want despite having bad handles. LaVine is not a player you want.
Zach LaVine reminds me a lot of Wiggins - talented scorer, mediocre defender, and best-suited as a #2 or #3 option on a good team.
Problem has been and will be his contract that averages out $45M/year over 4 years. It’s the same problem with KAT - they’re not scrubs, but when you look at their salary/performance they’re not starting any bidding wars.
