To preface this argument I will admit I have been clamouring for the ravens to throw the ball more and get some actual wide receivers. But mark andrews is being significantly under utilized. He should be treated like the chiefs treat kelce and the offence should be built around that Lamar-Andrews connection. Then around that let Zay flowers and OBJ get down the field with single coverage and run the ball like we have been doing all year.

I mean he’s on pace for his second best season ever so I’m not really sure what you mean here.

I think we’re using him really well.

Andrews absolutely needs to be used more. I’m all for spreading the ball around, but we don’t even do that- it’s just Zay underneath for 90% of the pass game. Zay is a star and he’s been awesome, but it’s so predictable at this point. Bateman’s being used solely on deep balls Lamar can’t consistently hit, he needs to run shorter routes so we can get other people involved. Tbh Andrews seems to be fairly invisible for a lot of these games, it’s now just Zay and Gus all day with the occasional OBJ DPI flag.

Andrews is a top 3 TE. Use him.

I think at times andrews in a hindrance to Lamar just because of how much he locks on to him at times

    He gets doubled a lot.

    Defenses know who he is.

We are half way into monkens first season with an entire new cast of receivers. I have faith Todd will figure it out come playoff time. None of the regular season matters as long as we make playoffs.

We aren’t making the playoffs. There is a storm cloud on the horizon, and it’s going to sink our ship.

Monken never lets one player have a massive game. I don’t know if it’s some type of load management, trying to keep opponents guessing, or he’s playing chess when checkers will do just the same.
