So yeah… ordered a 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256gb a few weeks ago, my parcel was delivered a few days ago and lo and behold inside is a brand new 14 Pro Max 1TB.

Has anyone else experienced this? I contacted support a few days ago and they seemed pretty useless. An ‘investigation’ has been opened but no mention of returning the 14 and me getting the device I actually ordered…

    You could sell the 14 pro max 1TB new in box for more then the cost of a 15 pro max 256gb. It’s a win win

      From what I can find the 14PM 1TB retails for just under £1700, and the 15PM 256gb was £1199 (though I chose 0% finance and they’re not even taking the first payment until next month).

      Even if I could make profit by selling it, Apple would probably figure out their mistake eventually and then brick the phone.
